Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                   
House consider the Senate message (page 1342) on the following at                                   
this time:                                                                                          
                                                                                                    
     CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 59(FIN) am                                                               
     "An Act relating to the evaluation and cleanup of sites where                                  
     certain controlled substances may have been manufactured or                                    
     stored; and providing for an effective date."

amendment to CSHB 59(FIN) am, thus adopting SCS CSHB 59(FIN),
